But the whole idea going around the internet of getting Christian Bale to visit the victims of the Colorado shooting as Batman, while very sweet and well meaning, could go terribly wrong. The association of those injured with that movie is going to be of death, pain and horror. A lot of victims of trauma are unable to face the environment in which it occurred again. Bringing him in is likely to bring up even more of that emotion. Just my two cents.

My heart goes out to all those involved, it is a truly horrible tragedy.
